Short-Term Lease takeover available at Ballpark North! (Female Only Please)
Hi y'all! I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease at Ballpark North for my private room & bathroom in a 3x3 female apartment. The room comes furnished with a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, and dresser. Base rent is $718/mo + utilities ranging from ~$75–100/mo. I also currently pay the $13 mitigated risk fee, but if you have renter's insurance, you're able to opt-out.
I'm done with my semester after April 27th, so I'm open to any takeover date after then. My lease is set to end on July 27th, so this is ideal for anyone looking for a short-term lease during the summer. There is a bus stop right in front of the building with a route that goes directly to UT Austin, and the location is ~15 minutes from downtown.
