Need a 2 adult seater bike recommendation

I am currently a college student and I commute to and from school on a broken E-Bike so I am looking to buy a new bike. I don’t really have a budget was just looking for a bike that can seat my friends on the back when I am riding around. If there is anything of the sort please let me know!
