Why not India at the middle of this?

Why did India let Pakistan take the central position of mediation between the two countries? And let Pakistan do that job?

This is puzzling. India has good relations with all 3 parties, India should have been at the center of the negotiations, center of discussions because that's what gives you power to push and maintain your own interests.

Instead we have "we do not do dalali"???? I mean why?

Pakistan now brokered a mediation so why not us?
