6 weeks pregnant and have had continous blood flow since the past 20 hours.

this is my first pregnancy. Last scan done 4 days back, showed only a gestational sac, and no presence of yolk sac.

I am regularly taking progesterone too. I am have bleeding of light pink blood continously from yesterday afternoon, and cramps in my lower abdomen often ( but not very intense). what could this be.
