Does a new studio mean baby instructors?
I joined as a founding member at a new studio opening in the Philly suburbs and I’m really excited. I just saw the new coaches training on IG though, and it looked like it all happened over a weekend. Is that the full training they get, or just the JETSET part? like do they also need Pilates/Lagree certifications?
I really value experienced instructors who are confident correcting form, so I am hoping they have other experience. That being said, I love the lead instructor. She used to coach at solidcore and was by far the best there. So hoping it’s good.
