In the filing, obtained by PEOPLE, Paul references four separate instances in which she was allegedly subject to domestic abuse by Mortensen, including "assault, harassment and stalking.

During one of the alleged incidents recounted in the filing, occurring during the early morning of Feb. 23, 2026, Paul claimed that Mortensen came to her home, where three children were asleep at the time (including the couple's shared son Ever), and demanded to speak with her. The filing claims that Paul "acquiesced to \[Mortensen\]" and the pair went outside to speak to avoid waking up the children. The two then entered Mortensen's car, where Paul claims that Mortensen drove away from the home, despite her protestations.

"The parties argued and Dakota assaulted Taylor by slamming her head against the dashboard of his truck and striking her knee and elbow," the filing claims. Paul described the pain as "immediate and intense," likening it to what she imagines it feels like to be punched.

Photos filed by Paul show the bruising that developed in the immediate aftermath of the alleged assault. Paul, 31, also claims that Mortensen “requested sex” following their alleged February domestic violence altercation.

The first incident listed in the filing, which occurred on May 27, 2025, alleged that the couple entered into a verbal argument in Paul's home, causing her to demand that Mortensen leave the home.

However, according to Paul, Mortensen allegedly "refused" and later, during the argument, Paul lost her footing, at which point the filing alleges that Mortensen began to kick Paul. The filing, which attached "photos of \[Paul’s\] injuries” included images seemingly of the resulting bruises.

Paul also accused Mortensen of allegedly stalking her during a separate Feb. 14, 2026, incident in which she claims he sent Paul a photo of her initials tattooed on the inside of his lip. The documents included photos of the tattoo and, in a sworn declaration attached to the filing, Paul wrote, "My initials are now permanently tattooed on the body of a man who has been abusive toward and possessive of me."

Later that same month on Feb. 22, 2026, Paul alleged that Mortensen came to her home during early morning hours, as the pair's child, Ever, had been having trouble sleeping at Mortensen's home.

"After confronting \[Paul\] over her decision to break off the relationship, \[Paul\] made multiple requests to \[Mortensen\] that he leave her home," the filing reads, alleging that Mortensen "rejected" her "repeated demands" that he leave her home.

Reps for Mortensen have not commented to PEOPLE regarding Paul's allegations.
