Pickup Recommendations?

Long time CS Fat ‘60s player here, looking to do another Strat build. Totally indifferent to new pickup options. I absolutely love the Fat ‘60s, but I wanted to utilize the potential for a new set that still has that same character. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Context and Rig:

I typically play a DR/Princeton clean or a Tone King Imperial set right before breakup (still pretty clean tho)

I tend to lean toward that Mayer/Stevie clean tone.

Build will have an alder body, rosewood fretboard and 250k vol/tone pots
