how long after starting to see someone can you call it a relationship?

I just started going on dates with this girl for the first time in my life. I’ve been in 3 relationships before, but they were all with people I was friends with first, so this whole process is entirely new to me. I really really like this girl, and I do think there needs to be some more time to get to know each other, but I have no idea how much time I should expect. I also don’t want to accidentally rush things. Also any advice on things we should do or discuss before starting an official relationship would be appreciated!!
