Need advice

I filed for child support back in december of 2023 and it was sent to Georgia for them to find the non custodial parent in April of 2024. Since then the case has moved from one county to a second but I know that the non custodial parent still lives at the same address the case was opened up under. For some reason they still haven’t served him and I’ve given every bit of information (more than most have on the other parent) and I don’t know if he’s been served yet. There was a hearing back in march but nc agency said that unless they received a letter telling me that I’m required to be there then I didnt have to go. I’m still waiting for an update and I contact the agency every other week and give them every update that changes with him. Any advice?
