what are no bs resources to actually learn content marketing?

Every single video that I see in yt for courses or content about SMMA, its all whole lotta nothing. They all talk about "scale", "make sure you have the right cofounder", "pick a niche where they have ticket margin", "the right mindset", "just cold outreach", "learn what is their problem"

but never actually say how to do the actual marketing part. How you deliver services

Im looking for resources that will teach me frameworks for ideation, the types of posts or content you make, How to start getting views if you absolutely have 0 followers or following and the algorithm doesnt push you in, how to reach the said niches (e.g. contractors), etc.

Is there any free resources where it actually teaches how to deliver the service and not completely bs "mindset and motivations" just to take advantage of you to monetize from you and keep coming back because you learned nothing from it
