Help me. Today I got my biggest fear ever.

Testicular Torsion (if you don't know what it is do not search it up, please) I heard about it and I searched it up and fuck, that was the worst thing I've ever done. Now I'm terrified to sit down, or how I lay on my bed. Now I'm to scared to even sleep, I'm literally on the verge of tears. Please help me
