Help me? Confused at policies at KPMG
I honestly dont even know if this is the right place to ask this but I’m kind of freaking out and doing this on the fly.
I recently found public court dockets for someone I know who is a manager at KPMG and it includes DV charges and M1, M2, and M3 charges, and from what I can tell he is still working there maybe even after moving out of state.
I work in finance too and this is honestly making me really confused and scared to report anything in my own situation because it just feels like people get away with things and still keep there jobs.
Do firms like KPMG, EY, Deloitte etc even look into this stuff if it’s public? Like does HR or ethics actually do anything or is it only if it affects clients or work?
I may be going through something similar with my husband and I really dont know what to do right now. I’m scared of making things worse and then nothing even happens.
Has anyone seen something like this before or know what usually happens?… lmk thanks for any insight
