worried and confused

i’ve been on pantiprazole for a while. today i ate salad and chicken and when i got up i had sharp pains, that eventually stopped, and i ate again just for a bit of pain and then nothing. now i feel squeezing behind my breastbone. is it food impaction? i’ve been to the ER several times for my throat and they do not take me seriously. i haven’t had this feeling before, only fleeting stabbing pain in the same area whilst i had h plyori. i can still swallow everything and breathe fine. it’s been hours.
