Google Chrome: Uninstalled then reinstalled. Can I recover my previously (locally) saved passwords from the Google password manager?

Open | Data Recovery

Hi all. I have an issue I'd appreciate some help with.

I'd been using Chrome for a couple of years till about a month ago, when I uninstalled then reinstalled it to fix an issue (admittedly, this was a very panicked decision and shouldn't have been my first or second option).

I had several passwords saved in the password manager prior to uninstalling, but my account isn't synced so (I assume) they were saved locally on my computer. Obviously, upon reinstalling, none of my saved passwords were there. This wasn't too big an issue since I have most of my passwords stored elsewhere, and I've been able to use Chrome just fine since reinstalling. I've saved most of my passwords in the manager again.

However, there are a few saved passwords I lost upon uninstallation which I don't have backup copies of, and haven't been able to recover any other way. Is it possible that they're still stored somewhere in my computer's files and can be recovered? Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm not very tech-literate. Thanks for everyone's support!

My laptop is an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er1xxx running Windows 11.
