bloody/excessive discharge?

i have been having weird discharge for the last 2-3 days. for context, i (20) masturbated twice (no penetration) about 3 days ago. after that, I immediately noticed there was a bit of a pink hue to my discharge. the next day, i come home to find bloody spotting on my underwear. today, no blood, but when i wiped, it was clear pinkish red. by the end of today my underwear was super wet from A LOT of discharge. like 2-3x more than what I usually have. my last period was about 2.5 weeks ago. Is this a concern? has never happened to me before.
