"The stupidest thing that could happen to anyone is getting a DUI in today's world"

I am currently watching S14E1 and Shannon has just said "The stupidest thing that could happen to anyone is getting a DUI in today's world" about Gina. So makes me wonder, I saw something about Shannon getting a DUI, I'm guessing Shannon's happened after. Did she have anything to say about getting one in that current world?
