I’m getting nervous

So me and my boyfriend had sex March 6th 13th 19th all barrier free (I’m on birth control) and he pulled out every time but I missed my most recent withdrawl bleed so I haven’t bled in over a month now. I took a pregnancy test which came back negative but I’m not sure if I held it under my pee for 5 whole seconds. I’m bloated my boobs have been hurting i don’t have much of an appetite and i wake up feeling a little queezy. I went to the bathroom yesterday and i wiped and it had pink blood on it but that’s the only time when ive had blood since late February.
