How do I care for dermis?

Hii, okay so a two nights ago, I relapsed on my upper thigh and i reached dermis. I’m doing okay now, but I’m a bit worried about how it will heal and whether it’ll leave a noticeable scar.

For aftercare, I’ve been applying Neosporin every morning and after showering, and I change the bandage each morning before school. I also tried making some DIY butterfly stitches tonight, hoping they might help with healing, though I’m not sure how effective they are.

If anyone has experience with healing similar wounds or tips on aftercare to minimize scarring, I’d really appreciate it! Tyyy! <3
