Skincare and Haircare recommendations?

Going to Japan from Australia in a bit and I'm looking for good recs for skincare and haircare that can't be found or are expensive in Australia (however am open to hearing from everyone regardless on recommendations!).

Also if there are any Japan exclusive items that are worth the buy i.e. shoes, I would really appreciate recommendations on those too!
