Weird MMR in SS

Don’t you feel like the MMR is really weird? I’m an average PvP player who has peaked at 2280. At the start of the season I played with my disc priest and got lucky winning my first matches, so I ended up with a relatively good MMR and now I’m sitting at 1800.

But the story with my DPS is very different. I lost my first matches and now I’m stuck at 1400 MMR. I know I’m not the best player, but being stuck at 1400? And I see many of my teammates have 2200 achievements. It feels really strange. The 1400 bracket doesn’t feel like 1400 — it feels a bit higher, like the people playing at that level are better than expected. It’s as if we’re all playing higher-level players while being in 1400.

Is this happening to you too, or am I the crazy one?
