Qualification: College Graduate With 2-4 years work experience as a TRAINER Handling US or UK Financial or Banking Operations  or shared service environment.(Applicants with UK Financial or Banking experience As a Trainer may be hired immediately)

• financial account experience should include mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related areas 
• Priority: UK  banking, with any experience under the LOAN ORIGINATION PROCESS, especially under MOTOR FINANCING
• basic understanding of training methodologies applied on a virtual or f2f instructor-led classes
