Hyatt bonus points for credit card spend

maybe someone can help out with me here,

last year I signed up for hyatt and transferred enough Chase ultimate rewards points to boom one award night at a hotel in London.

today I randomly logged into my hyatt account and I have slightly over 80,000 points and 11 qualifying nights and discoverist status

when I look at my account activity it’s all related to credit card spend or credit card night credits. there are tons of credits on the 6th/7th of each month from amounts varying from a few hundred to 30,000 points.

Ive only ever spent 1 night in a Hyatt in my life and I have a chase sapphire reserve card, but I havent hit the 75k yearly spend for the free discoverist status…

im not complaining but does anyone have any idea why this would be? is it an error with Hyatt and Chase partnership?
