university schedule

hello! i applied to the big three unis (waiting to hear back) and am interested to know how exactly the average schedule looks like. i understand that students are able to pick their modules and basically curate their schedule but on average, what time does a student start and end? what are extracurricular hours like?

i’m curious to know because i have a part-time job that i really like and it would suck not to be able to continue because of school. (ps. please don’t answer with things like ‘university is so busy, why would you want to work?’ etc. i’m not interested. i just want to be able to make informed decisions and decide according to my capability)
