The female freeloader spam and still no Burt/Frank

I know Jet is epically trolling us by brining only females way out of his league that he wishes he could Harvey Weinstein riz up, but it’s getting dangerously close to the end of the show and we still haven’t had at least Burt (I know there’s some weird dick measuring contrast beef with Frank), but surely Burt is an obvious freeloader due to his instant clash with Bishir’s morals. Frank has backstory with the twins built in too, so such an obvious one.

not to mention supposedly plenty more than had past the casting stage. I know they got burned with Mr Naked, so maybe they are just being extra cautious and prioritising females (since they are statistically way less likely to be PDFs)
