do i have any hope

my twitter was suspended in November of last year , and in January after sending an appeal i got an email saying i’ve been unsuspended and my account was restored . but when i go on the account it still says i’m suspended and no manger how many appeals i send to try and fix this problem i hit get an email saying my account is restored 😭 i just want my account back bro does anyone know something that can help or have the same problem?
