Tijuana Options for Fine Hair

I'm trying to decide who to go to in Tijuana for a transplant. I have fine hair which means I will need more grafts.

HMR and Capilar are the high end on price, ~$8k but neither have been able to provide examples of patients with widows peaks or fine hair, which concerns me. They seem to give good density but not particularly "artistic" hairlines.

Neopel ~$4k seems to do nicer looking hairlines and had some examples with widows peaks and she gave me confidence that she had experience with fine hair, however their density seems poor. They were also intentionally vague on how many grafts they would do. Just mentioning they will not overharvest regardless of patient pressure, which while I guess is "ethical" makes me concerned they won't be able to achieve reasonable density.

Artline is by far the cheapest at ~$2200, but they have an extremely mixed reputation. I've seen some ugly looking lined up rows of hairs, but the results seem ok and they do seem to achieve good enough density.

Are there any other options I should be looking at?

I was leaning towards Neopel until I met with them, I suspect they'll give me half the grafts HMR/Capilar would do making them on par for price.

Artline therefore seems the lowest risk based on price, but I'm concerned.
