Returned to the game to find out I was banned.

Hey, not sure if anyone else has seen this or could explain this to me.

I have not played the game in a while. The highest tier plane I last played was the MIG-21, so it's been a while lol. When I redownloaded and launched it, it says I am permanently banned.

Is there a way to have this reviewed? I don't even know what software would have triggered this.

Thanks for any help.
