AP Euro exam last minute cramming

Ok hi guys, so I'm a sophomore in AP Euro and I have put off studying for the AP exam this ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. There are about 5 weeks until the exam and I've barely started studying now. Obviously I know I'm gonna have to cram these last 5 weeks, but what else can I do? Any resource I should use? Anything I can do to at least get a 2? Will colleges see my potential 1 and say "your stats are trash, never apply to a college again"? Let me know; Thanks guys, bless.
