AITAH for telling family members that we are currently trying to night-wean our baby?

Partner didn't like that I revealed this information to my siblings and parents. I had told them just to explain why we weren't appearing at a family function because we were totally zonked due to lack of sleep during the early night weaning stage. Partner said it's a total violation of her privacy. I hadn't considered that angle because I feel like night-weaning / sleep training / cry-it-out-or-not etc and all the related issues are common discussions points amongst parents who are friiend, family, and strangers.
