Washing 4c Afro Thick Hair - Post Op Reduction

Hey! I see a lot of people get blow outs either or wash their looser hair texture on their own or with help of a family member . I’m 15 days Post Op

However in This case I have Afro Thick 4C Black Girl Hair… It’s More Work to Truly Wash and it takes a lot of scrubbing deep, it’s a job Lol. ( former hairstylist ) so I do 3 Shampoo washes in total, then conditioner… I don’t know if I will be able to do it myself with the coarseness of my hair ?

Am I over reacting? Or is that understandable since I don’t just have a Looser Hair Texture that may not require so much Arm work
