Faint second line and still tested negative

Posting this to try and calm someone’s nerves. A couple weeks ago my bf came inside of me a day before I ovulated. Then 10 days post ovulation I saw a positive pregnancy test, but the second line was very faint. Everyone that saw the picture commented on here and said I was def pregnant.

Well come to find out I got my period today. Not sure if it was a chemical pregnancy or what - but these things do happen!
