Is a Librarian ever a chapter master?

So far as I can tell there are not any official chapter masters that are also psykers. Only ones that seem to get close are chaos marine factions that don't seem to mind having a sorcerer in charge of a warband or factions. (like far as I can tell that is the thousand son's whole things)

Anyway, are there any mainline loyalist chapters/successors that have a psyker as a chapter master? I know I can do what I want with my own homebrew custom chapter I'm making, but since I'm well far away from making the big boss of my chapter in plastic kitbash and paint I'd like insight as I write up the other lore.
