Draconic Afterlife

Which book (or books) goes into detail on what happens to a dragon's soul when they die? Like the differences between chromatics who revere Tiamat and metallics who revere Bahamut and where the ultimate resting place of their souls is? I can't seem to find it in the lore and am wondering if I am just missing it or if it isn't properly established.
