Live or Pre-Recorded Webinar?

For advisors that do webinars, do you do them live or pre-record them? Or both? I understand the scalability of prerecording them, but it is not very personable and I think less effective...especially when you can't field questions at the end.

If you do both, what works better? I am thinking about rolling out more webinars and want to hear best practices.
