Deceptive Marketing

It’s crazy how easily Outlier gets away with lying within their marketing. “Work flexibly from anywhere, anytime - no minimum hours”, and yet, the Aether collective time limit resets at a specific time and is reached within less than 8 hours on the vast majority of days, providing max 7 workable hours per day. Many people who don’t reside in the Americas are only allowed to work at night for this reason, which is highly inequitable. “Competitive pay” just makes me laugh, and I haven’t seen “quality-based rewards” in years.
