should i do this or not? asking for advice!

on sunday, i took the mife. woke up on monday with cramps, and then they became intense cramps (what i imagined would happen from the miso from what everyone was describing). i had diarrhea, and even threw up from the pain. i did start to bleed, bright and dark red. i had some tissue and maybe a clot but i could be wrong. then i took 4 miso pills that evening. i’ve had basically no side effects from that. i’m not even bleeding into a pad, it’s just like leftover. when i go pee, i do bleed but only when i wipe and now it’s more dark brown and some red. should i take another 4 miso? what would happen if i did?
