stresser about writing my first paper

my anxiety is eating me alive, i have to write a paper in social sciences with a case Study and i need to submit it before the end of June, i feel like idk my subject enough and if i sit down and read i get overwhelmed and if i want to be productive and write idk from where to begin and what to do and my superviser is not helping, i need serious advice because i feel like i Will fail terribly, i need to be reassured how long does it take for someone to write their first paper and navigation through the mess of it all :'<
