Holiday Pay Query

I work Sunday and Monday every week normally. Which of those days does the Easter holiday pay apply to as my hours are different on each of those days. I worked them both as usual over Easter. I got time and a half on Friday, just wasn’t sure about the Sunday and Monday as I’m unsure if my employer is meant to pay time and a half for both of those days or just one? Thanks in advance.
