Is there any way to get compensation from spectrum?

I’ve had school work deleted due to their internet just dipping in and out with speeds just dropping randomly. Family has also had issues working from home with calls just dropping constantly. They’ve sent out 3 workers now who just dig in their ass and say everything’s fine so my question is, is there anyway to get compensated for their lack of service? We’ve been paying them to essentially provide nothing these past few months and they’re the only option in the area so I’m kinda just wondering if we can at least get something for how awful it’s been lately.
