How do small businesses in NYC find collaborators to help build out their social media presence?

I’ve struggled with how to share my work in a way that feels authentic and consistent—especially across IG and TikTok.

I’d love to find someone interested in social media / content / comms to collaborate with and help shape that, ideally in a way that’s mutually beneficial (portfolio-building, work exchange, etc.), but I’m not sure where people typically connect for that kind of thing.

Are there specific communities, schools, or platforms in NYC where people look for this kind of creative collaboration?

Any advice would be really appreciated.
