Katara the Fearless

Wanting to play around with flicker effects and Katara to make a huge board. Combining the cool airbending and waterbending stuff from Avatar with flicker.

I'm thinking it's missing tutors and might have too much flicker in it?

anyone got any thoughts on the deck or what it might need adjusting to be more consistent? I'm having trouble actually getting to my win cons 😅
