Gamesir T3S constantly pressing L1 instead of holding it .. how do I fix this ?

I’m trying to play a lot of emulated ps2 games with this controller on my superconsole x5 pro but th L1 and R1 triggers act as if I am pressing them multiple times when I’m just holding it .. makes aiming impossible on older games anyone know how I fix this ?
