Wahoo Kickr V6 scraping noise?

My Wahoo Kickr, purchased in July 2023, started making an awful almost metallic scraping noise. It's become loud enough to cut through my noise reducing AirPods and is extremely annoying. Despite removing the flywheel cover, I can't find the source, though it seems to coming from the flywheel or belt. Watch and listen to the uploaded video.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

I've used it quite a bit over the nearly three years since I bought it. Per Zwift, I logged 382 miles on it, so I'm wondering if the belt is starting to wear out.
