how do i make decisions

i really want to do things.

i literally cannot like decide to do anything though.

i cannot read a book when i try to read a book alone because i just lose the ability to read i dont know why,

i literally cannot even drink water, eat food, or use the bathroom without permission sometimes and i dont like to be thirsty or hungry or needing to use the bathroom.

i need glasses and all i have to do is pick which glasses frame i want and i cannot make this simple decision

i literally made the decision to be a drug addict but how do i be a drug addict if i cant decide to take drugs
