Why do toddlers go into goblin mode around 4pm?

And this is 1-2 hours post nap. I think the nap revitalizes him and he ideally needs to go outside and run around some more (we live in an apartment) but I’m making dinner and cleaning up and we just don’t have the time. He is just a total goblin and I’m hanging on by a thread during that time.
