Can someone explain Surah Al-An'am, verse 84?

I’m having difficulty understanding this verse. It mentions the descendants of Prophet Abraham and Prophet Noah, but it doesn’t mention Prophet Ishmael; in fact, it includes Prophet Jacob among the descendants of Noah. Are all the prophets mentioned there considered part of Abraham’s family?
