How do i disable advanced data protection without a modern iDevice

I just created an apple account for my ipod touch 4, jailbroken. Installed tweaks to fix sign in. I couldn't, kept giving server errors. Did research and it turns out i need to disable Advanced Data Protection. My only iDevice is the iPod touch 4. Is there a workaround for it? I dont wanna hackintosh just to flip a toggle.
