Transcript evaluation ( Colorado )

I have finished all my accounting classes. I just have my capstone project for 10 more weeks and I’ll be awarded my degree.

How soon can I send the transcript to be evaluated? I read on other threads that it can take up to 8 weeks. Can I send it to be evaluated now and have like conditional approval? And then send again after degree is awarded?

I live in Colorado and I have 177 quarter credits which equal to 132 semester credits so I think I meet educational requirements. I just don’t have the degree since I need 180 quarter credits.
