Echo 12 - 250 level prestige

I saw a green skin for Echo 12's Master Prestige level 250 a while ago. The question is, is it worth the effort of playing with a terrible shotgun to get this skin? How long will it take me? What mode should I play? (Warzone and Resurgence only)
