Ghana remote jobs?

Hi everyone, im 30 with a bachelor, I’m a junior developer in python and electronic tech based in Europe, originally from Ghana. I’m looking for a fully remote job, even if the salary is significantly lower than the market rate here. I really want to contribute and give back, especially since I haven’t been back home since I was born. &Jobs are geting hard to find here, so even if it’s four times less, it gives real meaning to what I do. Working for a buisness in Ghana makes sense to me, i think i rather work on remotes jobs for the motherland Ith less income that work here. If anyone knows of opportunities, I would be really grateful. Thank you.
